My BMW 128i had the water pump go out while on a day trip and required a tow. Arranged thru Joe, who kept me informed. Cost to repair was within same ballpark as my local mechanic and local BMW dealer. and required a tow. Arranged thru Joe, who kept me informed. I didn’t know if the triangle warning light was for that or something else, which was a bit concerning. More
