Regular maintenance appointment. Scheduled online, confirmed via text, dropped off at appointed time and service advisor greeted me immediately. 10 minutes later was in a shuttle to Scheduled online, confirmed via text, dropped off at appointed time and service advisor greeted me immediately. 10 minutes later was in a shuttle to work.
