We buy and bring our cars for service at International Auto because of their service staff. In 17 years and 4 BMW’s I have never had a bad experience in the service department.The staff have always been v Auto because of their service staff. Audi changed over on their staff. They should have kept Joe. I was moved to Mena. Not a good fit for me. So I worked with Chris. Chris is a good guy. The staff around him not great. They would not with roof rack. I asked that Mats be cleaned and car vacuumed. Service cleaned two of four mats and did not vacuum seats or floor. They did not wipe down shift panel area next to seat. Asked for help with hooking up iphone to Audi. Cody explained this option to me but then he had a customer appointment. Cody is a nice guy. Chris did not have training on this option so he asked/begged Antonia. Antonia explained and setup this option that uses Siri to display Google map etc on car panel from phone. He is knowledgeable but enjoys being the goto guy for car electric help. He does not take the time to explain and teach the new guys. He seems to have no intention to do so. Antoine and Chris should have both come to setup my car. These are basics that Chris can do and is excited/willing to learn if people let go of ego and share knowledge. My car has developed a squeak. In the past Audi would drive car to determine problem. This visit I was told it would cost an extra $179 to check it. I am already paying about $450 for a routine service. The women at service desk pay area was very nice and talkative. My car has about 65k miles on it. I will not have a new car serviced at this dealership. The guy that drove me back to my home was very nice. He had 3 calls in the short drive to Eisenhower High School from dealership needing customer rides. Why doesn’t the staff know where the driver is located? Can they grouped customer rides going same direction? I don’t remember ever having the experience of drive to house being stressful. Customer contact with driver should be reassuring. He is a good guy who apologized for chaos. When the guys washed only two mats they could have at least windex front windshield. In the past roof rack was not a problem to wash car. Chris cares so Audi should care and support him. The paperwork was more of a cover yourself for insurance rather then informative. No helpful notes. Just a bunch of check marks too easy to create. Sorry if I sound critical but the world today has no morals, values, accountability. I was hoping Audi would be an exception. More
