I had my appointment scheduled with Bard at the service center. He was courteous and respectful of my time. As soon he realized that they are busy and service may take longer he offered me loaner car and a center. He was courteous and respectful of my time. I live in Tennessee, and our 2013 X5D broke down in Wisconsin while visiting family. We had to rent a car to get home and tow our vehicle to the closest dealership in Wisconsin.
