Jay worked up the out the door price for me, which is what I was looking for, and that was the out the door price, a rarity. The gentleman (Esteban) who did the paperwork when I came to pick up the car was also very personable, and again avoided being the pushy type, trying to cram extras down your throat. He knew I was at my max spending, let me know that I could add stuff later, and let it go at that. Very pleasant experience, seldom happens at a car dealer. More

I had a horrible experience at Autobarn Evanston (do not go there). Therefore, I decided to come from North Chicago suburbs to the South Suburbs to purchase a vehicle. I am glad I did. The moment I walked in, Sina B. greeted my family and I in a non-pushy way. We were then introduced to Liz B. We felt invested in, which is a rarity these days. Sina worked hard with and for us from 12:45 until we left at 6 pm. Esteban G. was also highly professional, authentic, and transparent regarding financing this vehicle. Again, did not feel hustled or annoyed working with him or his crew. For instance, Esteban clarified a question we had about whether or not vin etching was mandatory in the state of IL. The service team, especially the young 18 y/o did a wonderful job detailing my car. I was a happy customer when I brought it out! I highly, highly, highly recommend coming to the dealership. I am not a family member of any staff member here! Just a grateful customer. Even if you are from the North suburbs, they are worth the drive because of their respectful attitude. Oh, the dealership had a variety of snacks, drinks, and comfortable seating. Thank you Kia International team! Keep up the professionalism. More

Amazing deal and friendly/knowledgeable employees If you are in the market for a Kia, dont look any further and just go to International Kia. They gave me the best deal in 100 mile radius and here is my experience.... It usually takes me 20-30 days and play hardball negotiation to get a decent deal. I contacted Liz on a Wednesday morning. Within few minutes she responded and gave me an excellent deal without any negotiation at all by Thursday afternoon . The whole process took 48 hours and this was one of the best/fastest car buying experiences I ever had. Lee took care of us and he is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales man I ever met. The finance manager Estaban was very fast with paper work and the whole process was very smooth. Jay, the manager let us park our car for 15 days on their lot without any hesitation and offered to help us with anything else he can. This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age. They won a customer for life and I highly recommend International Kia for your car needs. Edited 10/25 Well, I had to change from 5 to 1 star due to the following reasons. We agreed upon a price and the dealer made a mistake with the sales tax. After a month of back and forth with Kia financial services, I was asked to contact the dealer as the contract is between me and the dealer. When I emailed Jay, the manager about this he did not respond. Neither did Lee. Jay responded to all my prevous emails of praise/referrals on the same day. I am in the process of filing arbitration case in the court. The once happy, smiley dealer staff just stopped responding over a matter of $500 and hence the 1 star. More
