Austin Patterson was very professional and seems to enjoy his work. My only suggestion is that he learn a little more about the cars - however I am very picky about that. The management team is fair and upfront with all matters. This really makes the process go a lot smoother. I was contacted by Danielle Bergman who answered every question I had with a direct, to the point answer. when I arrived at the dealership Danielle introduced me to tia franco who would take me for a test drive and facilitate the deal.the numbers Danielle quoted me were actual numbers that didn't change when I got there. I asked to have some pinstriping done to the car as well as door edge gaurds installed. tia followed up and got these done.i picked up my new sorento and I am very happy with it. I was treated very well by these two ladies I dealt with as well as the finance man esteban Garza. all were truthful and upfront about the entire transaction. this is what I value in a dealership.
