Our sales lady was Pearl Eiland and she went the extra mile to help us....even opened the door for us and greeted us. We had just come from another dealership and not one person said a word to us or greeted us. My son just loves his new car--a Kia Optima. Thank you for everything. We went back a second day and Pearl then explained all the features inside the car, set up his phone, radio, etc. International Kia is the best!!!!!! More

Bill Bonner Went to bat for me. he is a man of integrity!! Met with Bill Bonner on Saturday 6/18/2016. I said That would be fine but I did not expect it to work. I received a text message from Bill Bonner on Monday afternoon that he had great news. It looked like deal would get done. there was one final glitch when I got there and I thought deal was dead again. that is when Esteban Garza got involved after about 20 minutes of discussion between the 3 of us we were able to put together a deal that we were all comfortable with. I am now a happy customer with a brand new Kia Soul. I never had a salesman keep his word and work for me like he did. The management was also great to work with. I would recommend International Kia to anyone who asks and tell them to ask for Bill Bonner by name he is not only my salesman but I think I can call him a friend now. that is something i never felt before in purchasing a car. More

Mark was very personable, warm and engaging and, while we had a plan to visit several other Kia dealerships as well as several dealerships offering competing brands, we waived the plan after Mark walked us through the Serento and took us for a test drive. Sales Manager Tom Patterson was equally helpful in researching and presrenting various options for financing and in appraising the vehicle we traded in. We have been buying automobiles since 1966 and can say without exaggeration that this was by far the best experience we have ever had. We will recommend Mr. Patterson and Mr. Schaeffer and International Kia and, are amazed at the quality and the performance of the Kia Sorento! More
