I never knew purchasing a vehicle could be such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Loving the 2017 Sportage and all.its features.Thanks to Maxx we left knowing how to work all the car features and sirrus was s all setup. She made sure eerything was on the cwr from.the remote dtart to the license plates. Only thing left to do leaving the dealership was to drive. Thank you soooo much Maxx for a great vehicle purchading experience. I would also like to thank Mike Tomlinson for ready made financing paperwork. He had the figu4ed right down to the cent. Mike was off when I returned but zmstt stepped in and sesled the deal by explaining every conteact detail. I couldn't be happier :) I SHOULD HAVE GONE HERE FIRST! I wasted so much time talking with other dealers online and in person and got no where near the deal that I got at Inte I SHOULD HAVE GONE HERE FIRST! I wasted so much time talking with other dealers online and in person and got no where near the deal that I got at International Kia! I had been searching online and at multiple Kia Dealers for the perfect Sedona Mini-Van. My first encounter with International Kia was via email with Erica Rusinak. She was professional and up front and honest with my questions. I was soooo nervous to commit to driving to another dealer because I just felt that every time I was given information and guarantees they were thrown out the window as soon as I set foot in the dealership. NOT HERE! Everything Erica talked with me about in our emails was communicated with the general manager, Mike Castagnino. He knew who I was when I got there (did I mention I was greeted my my super sweet salesperson Pearl (MAXX) with an umbrella at my car door because it was raining!? Mike brought my two girls water and fruit snacks as soon as we got there. They quickly worked as a team to get me the bottom line numbers on getting me in a new 2017 Sedona. Within the hour I had an amazing deal I was so happy with and was given TOP dollar on my trade in. My monthly payments were going to be over $50 dollars less on the same exact car with LESS money down than the dealer I was at right before INTERNATIONAL KIA! Maxx (my salesperson) was honest, helpful, and genuine! < ---- It is possible! I was in and out of finance in less than 10 minutes and Erica, the online representative that helped me in the beginning, even came in to sit down and put Paw Patrol on her personal phone and sat down for my kids to watch so they would be entertained! Great customer service, I really recommend making a stop in to this dealership if you are interested in getting a new car. I will be back! More

From my salesperson Pearl Ashby-Maxberry aka "Maxx" who was extremely courteous, patient and professional and who did and excellent job in thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of one of the top rated vehicles in it's class the Kia Optima to General Manager Micheal Castagnino who facilitated a great deal on a highly rated car without the usual stress or melodrama associated with such a purchase. rudest customer service ever This dealership has the rudest personnel and obviously they don't care about their customer service. I had to call 3 or 4 different times to get a oil This dealership has the rudest personnel and obviously they don't care about their customer service. I had to call 3 or 4 different times to get a oil change scheduled and find out how much it is to be transferred from one person to the next into the next. When I finally got ahold of somebody they take your information and then transfer you to a voicemail where nobody exists. I had to deal with an extremely nasty and rude telephone girl and when I finally got ahold of Mike the general manager he basically believe the lies of his employees that I was swearing at them supposedly ironically I never swear in my life so that obviously didn't happen. He then claimed that there was nobody above him so he must own that dealership and he must not have any bosses and even told me if I wanted to file a complaint above him I can just figure it out on my own. More

Dealer refused to help with repairs on car We bought a 2010 VW Tiguan . Call as is . 4000 miles later engine lite came on went to Orlando park vw they told us there would b 1900.00 in repairs f We bought a 2010 VW Tiguan . Previous owner was told about needed repairs trade car in to orlandpark Audi. Audi failed to notify us that those repairs were needed Thur there 100 point inspection . Went to Audi told them about problem asked them to help with repair bill asked for half of bill . As I thought they blew us off not there problem . What a great dealer .l wouldnt go here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Minus 5 stars More

Although I had a 2013 Kia Sorento, purchased at Berwyn Kia with great appreciation with a V6 engine of which I was looking to upgrade to a newer same model, but was missed in the initial sell. But was quickly corrected by sales team being Pearl Ashby-Maxberry certified Kia specialist,Matthew Schergen the Business Manager and finally Phil DeLozano the Sales Manager. To which although I didn't get the color I wanted, I'm extremely happy with a newer version of what I previously had. I am very thankful to all of the sales force at this location. On a final note " I'm not big on bells/whistles and gadgets, just quality and service. More

I was approached by Pearl Ashby who was amazing from the beginning of the sale to the end, and after. She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She got me the car I wanted for what I wanted to pay. This was my first time buying a car and I can truly say that after my experience, I probably will not deal with any other salesperson besides Pearl. She was the best. She even surprised me with a keychain once the sale was over. She walked me to my new vehicle and even showed me how to connect Bluetooth to my car from my phone. I will be referring Pearl Ashby to anyone that I come across who is looking for a vehicle. She was just that great! Her customer service exceeded my expectations. It was such an unexpected, amazing experience. I am very thankful! More
