I purchased a 2020 Telluride. I now have 7 recalls. I tried to schedule a service appointment online. Nothing less than 6 weeks out. What? I called to try to get something I now have 7 recalls. I asked the service representative, 'what if my car was disabled and I needed it to get to work? Would I need to wait 6 weeks to just get. It in?' He said yes. I went on to ask, doesn't that seem unreasonable? He said - I'll transfer you to the service manager. He didn't answer. I left him a message to call me back but never did. I absolutely love my car but can't risk it being down for 2 months because of their scheduling issues. I even checked to see if Hyundai would service Kia recalls to no avail. Shame on you Kia. More

Service Manager Paul Skinner, has horrible Customer Service. He said something very offensive to me i dont wont to repeat. I have been going to that Kia dealerships since I purchased my car with them in 2020. Never took my car anywhere else. I have always had great customer service until Mr. Skinner. He needs to learn how to talk to people of all kinds. That way he doesn't say anything ignorant, horrible and unnecessary to customers. More
Melissa in service quoted me $450 over the phone for repairs then 20 minutes later when in person handed me a bill for $650. It took 4 hours to get a return phone call back after 2 texts messages, 2 voi repairs then 20 minutes later when in person handed me a bill for $650. It took 4 hours to get a return phone call back after 2 texts messages, 2 voicemails, and 3 not speaking operator transfers. The service manager Louis never returned my voicemail on this concern either. I am fair however, the 2 stars is because the repair was successful so their Tech earned that extra star. Side comment, I was told the tech was going to start work and my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes... And that it was going to cost me 2 hours of labor... Melissa, having no explanation for the $200 increase in the cost and had no response back when I asked how did this price just change from our phone call minutes prior just said well I gave you a $20 discount... I hope I never have to use this dealer again. Great brand however. Buy a Kia, just don't bring it here. More

My experience was exceptionable given the complexities of discounts, taxes and title transfers for gaining the most and making it simple. This requires trust and my wife and I were so delighted in what seemed complicated, became pretty simple because of Korol's and Chad's skill set and knowledge of laws. Pearl also was very gracious in handling the paperwork and helping us get maintenance coverage for granddaughter as she will be in college and this gives us confidence that the necessary planning for service is scheduled for the next three years. I didn't go there to buy the car, I went to inquire about a certain question and Korols had a car in stock with what I inquired about. Korols and Chad listened to my concerns and took it from there, which means I ended up purchasing the car. I was in the area after having a doctor's appointment and thought I would just stop by since I was in the area. Their professionalism became obvious by the questions they asked and subsequently answered all my concerns. We in business have a preferred way of doing business with others when we are the customer. Korols even pulled up the detail in Texas so we could read their forms, my wife ended up speaking with the people in Texas who emailed her the forms immediately. That's going the extra mile, but it also reflects his knowledge and importance of taking care of a customer's concern. Then he took off the roof racks himself, and finally put on the big ribbon and bow so when all was completed, Lindsey had the wish she asked for, pappa, can I get a bow on it? The little things are really important when we do these once in a lifetime events. More
This place is amazing. Larry the sales manager and Chad the general manager are amazing. Tim was my sales person and he was awesome as well. I was going to get a Kia K5 but Larry the sales manager and Chad the general manager are amazing. Tim was my sales person and he was awesome as well. I was going to get a Kia K5 but fell in love with the EV6. I bring my dog to work with me and she is 8 and the EV6 is taller than the K5 that I have been driving for the past 3 years. Larry and Chad were amazing they let me take the car home for the weekend and try out various ladders to see which one my dog was most comfortable with. I wasn't sure if she even would be able to handle a ladder. I can not thank them enough for being so accommodating. They made the whole car purchasing experience such an easy and stress-free experience. They never pressured me , they were always making my experience such a positive one, they knew how important it was for me to buy a car that fit the needs of my 8 yr old GSD. By the way it has been a week now and both me and my doggy LOVE the car. I also want to say that I was at the cadilliac dealer looking at the CT4 and Kia treated me better and went out of their way better than they did. I always want to do business with a place where I feel supported and respected and Kia International does that. I will always buy a car from Kia international. Thank you Larry , Chad and Tim.
