I would give 0 stars if I could. I requested information about a 2012 Audi A4. The same day I received an email from it's Internet sales Representative informing me that the Audi A4 I requested information about a 2012 Audi A4. The same day I received an email from it's Internet sales Representative informing me that the Audi A4 I inquired information on is unavailable as it still needed to go through detail, inspection (this Representative would be the one to notify me once this vehicle was there, and available.) A few days later, I checked their website and noticed an update status on the vehicle (on lot) and a few pictures. Upon seeing this, I requested information through their chat. I started a chat with someone, and she (the Internet sales representative) joined the chat, and called me. She said that the car was not available yet. So, I asked her to please let me know, or even better if someone, from sales could give me a call when it was ready and that I would prefer an spanish speaker. To this, she replied 'yes'. A few days later I received an email from her, asking me if I needed additional information in regards to my upcoming purchase. So, I told her that I only needed to know when the car was available. Two days later she tells me by email that unfortunately the car was sold, and she would contact me when they have a similar vehicle. What type of communication do they have? I mean, 'the Internet Sales Representative' is supposed to let the sales team know that a person wants to purchase a particular car, correct? Then, someone from sales make sure to call the person when the car is ready and lets his/her coworkers that someone is already purchasing said car. I wish I would have read their reviews before completely wasting two weeks waiting for this car. The situation is so frustrating. I would never again consider giving my business to this dealer. More

Enjoyed making my second purchase this year from International Kia of Orland Park.
