The staff went out of their way to stay late and help me when my car broke down. They also serviced my vehicle very quickly and set me up with a loaner vehicle as well. The service was great. Your outsourced scheduling was TERRIBLE! COMPLETLEY TERRIBLE! FIRE that outsourced call center! They are clueless. If they pick up the phone for scheduling, I will hang up, because I refuse to talk to them. They told me i would have to wait till NOVEMBER for an oil change???? I was so angry I asked to speak to manager. I was told a manager would call me back??? Didn't happen! Called again, swore I spoke to the same PERSON but they had no clue I had just talked to them earlier. I explained that I never got a call and never got my service scheduled. Magically now I able to get an appointment 3 days later. I nearly lost it when they originally told me 4 months (November) for a oil change. They are 100% CLUELESS! Again my Service at your business was great, your Service Manager was great. She said I was not the only one to complain about making appointments. More
