Prior to service day, I received exceptional customer service from Taylor. Service day, I received estimate of $80 more than original estimate, received when I made the appointment. During scheduling, I mentioned multiple times that I would wait for work to be done, as I it was a 130 mile round trip. My appointment was for 3:30. At 4:20 I was told of the higher estimate. I was uneasy about the estimate change, and more concerned that the job would not be finished before closing of the service department. These factors prompted me to not have the work done. More

I dropped my car off and put the key in the drop box, but it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center over lunch to follow up in person and found out about the key getting stuck. They did then prioritize getting my oil change done and the shuttle service was timely. When I went to pick it up they told me I had a charge, but I have a care plan and had to wait for them to figure out my bill. More

I have owned Honda’s for a long time and have always gotten good service from the staff here especially when I have silly problems like changing my mph to km by mistake and thought something was wrong w gotten good service from the staff here especially when I have silly problems like changing my mph to km by mistake and thought something was wrong with my car.
