I was told service would take a couple hours. Almost 10 hours later I received a call that my Odyssey was ready. I think I made the mistake of telling them I was not waiting in the waiting area, Almost 10 hours later I received a call that my Odyssey was ready. I think I made the mistake of telling them I was not waiting in the waiting area, so i got bumped back all day long. I had to change my afternoon plans because of this. After 7 hours, I called and left a message, and sent a text asking why it's taking so long. Both went unanswered. I am not impressed. Perhaps it was because of the service being recall work, I don't know. Staff was friendly enough. More
