Trailer hitch installation was fine. Service rep was very good at keeping waiting customers appraised as to vehicle status. Customer lounge was only adequate. I had a nail sticking out of one of the tires on my CRV. I called a tire dealership and they said they could get me in 11 days later. It wasn't expensive and didn't take very long. Great experience. More
Service personnel were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, my recalled left rear view mirror image looks wavy and i have yet to be called to tell me the replacement arrived. Their customer service department has in the past and during my last visit been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service rep takes the time to explain everything in detail.
