The change in personal from 2020 is much better! Lindsey is currently the only advisor and she is so much better than the idiot that used to be there. I have almost always had a very nice transaction with this location. I do wish that when buying my car I would have been offered more options (remote start, weather tech floor/cargo mats) the factory rem this location. I do wish that when buying my car I would have been offered more options (remote start, weather tech floor/cargo mats) the factory remote start would have saved me over $1000 in 3 batteries, diagnostics, putting in and removing a poorly installed after market remote start. Lance the automotive technician was amazing and thoroughly explained and showed me the issues both times dealing with the rattle and not working AC. If I could I would ask for him every time. More

Had an 8:30am oil change appointment and slow leak in a tire looked at- didn’t hear an update until 2:30pm- was told it would be ready around 3:30-4 and get there at 4 with the van still on the lift. Was t tire looked at- didn’t hear an update until 2:30pm- was told it would be ready around 3:30-4 and get there at 4 with the van still on the lift. Was told a few more minutes, checked back in and then was told another 30 minutes. We had plans for dinner so I couldn’t wait any longer. Was told they open at 9am the next day, arrive at 9:15 and nobody got there to help check out until 9:30. Just terrible communication and customer service. More
