I took my son's car in for 2 items needing repair and an oil change. I was never given an estimate or a diagnostic charge to review the issues. The Dealer called me with in an hour of dropping off the car oil change. I was never given an estimate or a diagnostic charge to review the issues. The Dealer called me with in an hour of dropping off the car and told me they could not fix one issue and the 2 nd issue they were not sure they could repair it or how much it would cost. to my shock when I picked up the car I was $220 each ($440 total) for the issues they did not fix and a little over $200 for an oil change. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and grossly over charged. In the past I was always given an estimate or a diagnostic estimate but this time I was not. $440 for less than an hour of time to tell me they could handle the repairs is outrageous. I will never be in the car dealer again and that a shame because I was their customer for the last 20 years. More

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by ev area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. If you’re looking to buy or need service, I highly recommend the team over at International Autos. More
Jake Unora was professional, knowledgable, and took the time to introduce us to the BMW we were interested in. Great followup by him as well. traded in a GL450 Mercedes for the BMW X7 with the help of Tim, sales manager and Brian Hoffmann. After delivery I was having connectivity issues with Spotify within the iDrive 7 program. Tyler Breunig, sales rep took the issue/problem and ran with it using both his excellent knowledge and skill sets of the iDrive program along with other troubleshooting support to narrow down the root issue. Tyler invested more than 3 hours working on this project, his tenacity, drive and customer support is something one does see or experience much these days. Feeling Ripped Off Brought my BMW X3 for a coolant leak. The leak was never diagnosed or correct. Returned home from their attempt and more coolant on the floor. They cl Brought my BMW X3 for a coolant leak. The leak was never diagnosed or correct. Returned home from their attempt and more coolant on the floor. They claimed it could have been washer fluid. Fluid was tested and proved to be antifreeze. They upsold me for a backup lamp and air filter. These two items can literally be removed and replaced in 5 minutes. They claimed .8 hours or $104.95. Additionally, they price gouged me for the two parts charging me $14,04 for a $6.00 lamp, and $52.73 for a air filter selling at other BMW Dealerships for $32.00. Walked out paying $268.20 for a leak not diagnosed or corrected and over priced parts that can easily be installed in 5 minutes. Since the obvious loss of business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, It is quite apparent they are trying to make up their loss in revenue with only the few coming in. More
No communication! I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. You would think when you were a car dealer, with a goal of selling cars, they would actually respon I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. When buying a bmw, you expect the same high end experience like the high end car they sell. Trust me, go elsewhere! More
