I would NEVER recommend this place. Salesman Steve R Hughes and manager Tim are both liars. They are unprofessional and Tim lacks any semblance of professionalism. Beware of this dealership. Found out today it's been involved in 2 auto collisions. My warranty will not cover the cost to get my hood fixed for that reason. Dealer refuses to repair because I reported them to Better Business Bureau. Hood has not gone up since I've owned the vehicle. Worst mistake ever, purchasing a car from these ignorant, rude crooks. Many times customers aren’t appreciated, however this is not the case with Intellicar. From the start this company was thorough and the people were courteous. I went online looking for a car. My husband a not the case with Intellicar. From the start this company was thorough and the people were courteous. I went online looking for a car. My husband an I credit is not the greatest. Because of disabilities and having to move, placed a strain on our finances. We had little to No Down Payment, and also no trade in. The employees worked with us especially AJ. He found a perfect car for us. I would highly recommend this company. A lot of dealers try to take advantage of people that are in dire straits. This is not one of those companies. Great people great service and fair price. More

Never i mean Never buy any car from them we bought a 2019 car still under factory warranty air condition was not working from the time we drove away from dealer so we took it to the dealer to find ou 2019 car still under factory warranty air condition was not working from the time we drove away from dealer so we took it to the dealer to find out the car was in a bad accident so the dealership will not fix the air condition so we called Steve the sales man we had to wait he needed to talk to Justin finally got a call back from Steve to bring in we didn't want the car no more the dealer took pictures of the damage that was done they would not take the car back we talking just a couple days after we bought the car so they did give us a loaner that was ok 4 days later car is fixed i been in the auto business for 20 years no need for me to fix under warranty 1 month later air condition not working again took them 1 week to get back too us after calling every day I never seen anyone in so many meetings (Justin) so we had to deal with TIM drove a hour to drop off car get the loaner no air condition after asking for a different loaner thats all the have with is BS because Justin gave us a good loaner the first time TIM is a LIAR so now they wont fix the car nasty people they rob you dont beleive anything they tell you More
I love my truck but the xxxx and broken promises I am currently experiencing is beyond words. 1. The vehicle I purchased had an accident in its vehicle history. Once I brought it to the manager’s attention, he would not mark down the price at all. Though it had a history on it, I was cool with it. I’m a vehicle fleet manager so I am really good with vehicles. 2. Missing Vehicle keys: The key that I was issued was not the original key. I purchased a 2019 Ram Limited, you would think it would have the original keys. I was provided one key upon delivery and I was told that the second key would be mailed to me. When I followed up, I was told that there was “no longer” a second key. The key they issued me stop being recognized in the vehicle so I spent over $400 getting new keys from the Ram dealer, I have the receipt. 3. License Plates: Though I recognize that we are in a pandemic and things are delayed, but I purchased the vehicle on 3/26/2020 and today is 6/6/2020 and I don’t have any hard tags. I had to drive two hours from Stafford, VA to Dover, DE to get another temporary license plate. What really grinds my gears about the dealer is that they are a CARFAX certified dealer but the vehicle I purchased didn’t have a CARFAX from the dealership, I had to pay for and pull my own...I have that receipt as well. I hope that I get my license plates soon so I can drive the truck with a reduced risk of being pulled over and I can fully enjoy my ride. More
Horrible experience My salesman was Justin. He started out with a bang. Then after I told him what I wanted and he said it would happen, he tried selling me something com My salesman was Justin. He started out with a bang. Then after I told him what I wanted and he said it would happen, he tried selling me something completely different. I went off and he got nasty with me saying I was in the wrong for getting mad. Then when it was all straightened out, he talked us into an extended warranty. I had the vehicle less than a month and had to have new tires put on because it was out of alignment. Had it aligned and there were SEVERAL parts broken that had to be replaced. Turned it into the warranty company and it was declined. $3000 later out of MY pocket it was fixed. Reached out to Justin and till this day still hasn’t even commented on it. Went for another oil change, and the back brakes were gone as well as rotors. $400 later it was fixed. Decided to get rid of it before there was something else happens. Asked for refund on Gap insurance (pro rated of course) and the warranty. Justin said he would see if I could get a refund. Waited a week and text Justin for an update on approval. No response. Text him again today asking if he was ignoring me. He text back saying I was threatening him and he was on vacation is why he didn’t respond and now that he is back he has been slammed. Proceeded to tell him all he had to do was communicate and this could have been avoided and that I didn’t appreciate him saying I was threatening him as that was a bold face lie. I then ask for the owners contact info and now he won’t respond. This dealership is the reason car dealerships have a bad name of salesman doing whatever including screwing you over to make a sale. Steer clear of this business as they don’t give a crap about you and your hard earned money. Crappy cars and crappy salesmen. More

A week later I asked where it was. I was told it had been sent. I keep all my emails for at least a month, no email with PO. I had also asked - We have a problem here AJ. The photos of the car don't jive. The VIN has the interior of the car 'grege', your listing says 'gold'. The pictures show the door panels 'gold' however the interior shots show grey upholstery on the seat and dash as well as the door panel opposite the camera, that picture taken of the passenger side door panel taken from the back of the car with the door open shows a 'gold' panel. Not a good sign on your part. How about explaining that. .I also asked for the name of the office manager or owner. Please follow up. The answer was - The panel on the door is gold which is plastic material and the actual seats are grey which are cushion, I'm not sure why the put gold instead. A Toyota salesman I contacted refuted this. BEWARE More

Impeccable Service!! I called the dealership to see about a car being available and to discuss financing, I was greeted by Alexis who was outstanding and very sweet. Alexis took her time and answered ALL of my questions. The Lincoln MKC that I was interested in was at their Smyrna location and she made arrangements to have the vehicle there the following day without any hiccups! I called the following day and spoke to the manager Mike, he was very kind and very educated about their products. I informed him that I would like to see the vehicle sooner and he agreed to make that happen for me. I drove over an hour to see this vehicle and was greeted with such courtesy I was amazed. The office is so inviting and all of the employees there were so nice and courteous. I absolutely adored the entire team, you can tell they are a powerhouse who work together wonderfully. Mike, the manager, took care of me personally and was an absolute pleasure!! I was in and out without any issues at all and I LOVE THIS CAR!!!! It was everything I could've ever hoped! Another gesture of amazing customer service, I discussed them giving me an oil change and the key needing a battery and without any hesitation I was told they would take care of it! Top notch service and wonderful individuals and an outstanding price!!! I looked for months and it couldn't be beat! I would buy from them many times over! Thanks to all at Intellicar!!!! More
