Took my car to be service 2016 Malibu cut off involuntarily My car has been serviced for all maintenance since it was purchased All services performed by Chevrolet dealer for what they perform. Integrity said they perform a diagnostic and it caused for fuel to be cleaned and injected My car still was not performing properly Returned and they kept the car overnight without informing me Very unprofessional and left me wondering what they were doing No answer from the manager I was charged almost 500$ for this service. Never again!!!I Lets see what tomorrow holds More

We scheduled an appointment with Jordan to look at a traverse. Jordan worked patiently with us to find the right vehicle for us. Terrible Sewrvice Some people say 3rd times a charm, OH NOT at this dealership. First service left my vehicle in the back and never got to it, I had came to pick it up Some people say 3rd times a charm, OH NOT at this dealership. First service left my vehicle in the back and never got to it, I had came to pick it up had a flat tire. 2nd time kept my vehicle disabled for 3 weeks while they waited on a part and Chevy / GMC was on strike. Today 3rd time took my vehicle in for "warranty service" cost me $138 . Now i will drive to Cleveland to get my vehicle under warranty "2017" repaired. More
Over priced service I had them change my oil enough that I was to get a free oil change. Service advisor brought my cabin and air filters in and asked if they should chan I had them change my oil enough that I was to get a free oil change. Service advisor brought my cabin and air filters in and asked if they should change them. Get this- they had opened the filter cabins, removed the old filters, brought them to the waiting area. If I had said “no” they would have taken them back, re-installed them, and not charged me. Remember they are already out, but I was charged $15.00 labor to re install the new one, but nothing to re install the old ones. Now I received an e_mail that the oil change would be around $59.00, since my change was to be free, they would graciously take that off the total. ($125.)My math is old school but when you take $59 away from $125 is about $66. My bill was $105. Today I have parted ways with Integrity. And will be sure to tell everyone about this ordeal. More

That being said, about 3 months ago my wife and I dropped in at Integrity Chevrolet because our life circumstances had changed and we needed to purchase a new vehicle. When we arrived Mr. Ken Bryant (salesman) approached to see if he could help. His warm, friendly demeanor welcomed us and made us feel comfortable which for me is saying something. We knew what we were looking and Ken found 2 on his lots; one was exactly what we wanted. We began the negotiation process 4 or 5 days later. When we returned Ken walked us through the process and ultimately we were able to reach a mutually agreeable end. Recently we had 2 issues needing Service Dept attention and Ken was great helping us get the satisfaction we needed. More
Horrible Customer Service The absolute worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Salesman insulted my wife, the issue was addressed and I started over with a new salesman. Nice guy he talked to his sales manager and told him what I wanted. A few minutes later my wife and kids walk inside because it was 98degrees outside. And the sales manager is talking about a customer come to find out it was me. When I addressed the issue he said he was talking about me. Like it was ok to talk badly about someone. It was simply because I was having a hard time selecting the vehicle color and trim package. I would think it’s common when your spending 50k on a vehicle. I left I’d had enough they are just wanting to hustle you in and out as fast as they can to make a sale. I went to Mtn View Chevrolet and had the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle in a long time. More
