Our Chevy tractor had a recall and we scheduled it in service, the guy in service was not friendly at all. We called several times over a weeks time and they were waiting on a gasket. Called back again a service, the guy in service was not friendly at all. We called several times over a weeks time and they were waiting on a gasket. Called back again a few days later and they replaced the turbo which was a recall but didn’t tighten up the oil lines going to it and left several bolts out and the car has leaked oil so bad over a weeks time it has stained the driveway and now has a ticking sound because my wife isn’t a mechanic and didn’t check the oil and when I got to where I could check it it barely had oil in it. I will never deal with these people again! Rude service people and poorly trained technicians in my opinion. More
I’ve taken my 2017 Silverado here for multiple oil changes. Hadn’t really had any problems until June 2023 when I had a rattle under the car. Took in the truck, and it was at the dealer for 5 days. Th changes. Hadn’t really had any problems until June 2023 when I had a rattle under the car. Took in the truck, and it was at the dealer for 5 days. They said it was an issue with the flex plate and had to replace it. Rattle went away for a little while but it was back in September 2023. Took the truck back in where it sat for 4 days, when I called and asked about it, they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. I said I had a trip planned and needed the truck back and I was on my way. When I got there the service tech said he had a mechanic look under the truck while I was on my way, and turns out it was just 4 loose bolts in the flex plate. That’s odd. But for now the sound was gone. 6 weeks later, driving home from a camping trip and my transmission. Luckily got it to another dealer nearby, which was 3 hours from home and my torque converter blew contaminating the entire transmission. And of course I was 60 days out of my power train warranty. Tried to work with Chevrolet and GM, neither could care less. Tried working with my home town dealership, never even got a call back from anyone. $7000 to replace the transmission. I’d suggest not using this dealer and also not using Chevrolet or GM either More
Had an appointment to get radiator fixed. They took car in garage at 830am,told it would be 5 hrs. Called after 5 1/2 hrs cause we heard nothing from them. Husband said put it back together and we will be there within 30 min to get. Got there and they hadn't done anything all day to it. The tech guy said other work orders came in and they went on and worked them in. So we had an app. And they took people ahead of us. Not the 1st time there has been a problem with them. Will not go back. Do not recommend them. Wouldn't have given them 1 star but had to in order to leave review. Went to Murfreesboro Chevy and everything was fine. Highly recommend Murfreesboro Chevrolet. More
