No Integrity in service work rude service manager Rude service manager. Dealership conducted warranty work and still had same issue. When I took it back for the incomplete or faulty warranty work to Rude service manager. Dealership conducted warranty work and still had same issue. When I took it back for the incomplete or faulty warranty work to be checked, they did not correct the work completed under warranty that occurred less than a 1000 miles earlier, and charged me $155 for them checking their work that was not completed properly the first time. On top of that they bent my key and stayed it was like that when it was left with them. This place has not integrity in their work and finds ways to not do the proper work the first time that may cause them money for faulty issues that should be covered by warranty. This service department and dealership is unprofessional and I recommend using caution when dealing with them. Best opinion I can give is stay away because they do not honor their work. More

We had a 2015 Lease that was coming to an end and we wanted to begin the replacement process. We scheduled an appointment with Bridget Sanders and we could not have been happier with the attention we were given. All our questions were answered, not only about options, but we test drove several vehicles, had numerous economic analysis run, and in the end left with a 2018 XT5 which we purchased at 0% interest. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional Bridget was during the entire visit. With Bridget there is no question to small to answer. I even called her the next day and she quickly answered all my questions about the car and all it's gadgets. Bridgets Manager and Jayme Harris in Finance were friendly and professional. I'd recommend Bridget and Integrity to all my friends and family. More

Problem after problem I bought a 2015 Suburban from here about two months ago....Since then I have made 3trips to this deal for repairs....On my last repair my antenna was I bought a 2015 Suburban from here about two months ago....Since then I have made 3trips to this deal for repairs....On my last repair my antenna was leaking into the seat belt casing. Once again I will be making a trip to this dealer to fix the leak. It is not fixed and is leaking again. Since I bought this car I have had the steering wheel popping, seat shifting, catalytic converter go bad and leaking fixed. It takes me 45 minutes one way to get to this dealer so this is 1 1/2 drive time each time I have to take it. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
