Best car buying experience I started this deal out on the internet. We live in the Birmingham,AL area. Then he called me and we drove to Chattanooga. When we arrived Bailey morgan was there to grett us and had the vehicle out front ready for us to test drive. Then Jake Calella took care of explain things and answered all our questions. We have bought vehicle for 40 plus years. This was the absolute best experience we have had. When we get ready for another GMC we will go back to Integrity in Chattanooga if Bailey and Jake are still there. We were only there less than 2 hours. Not one stomach ache throught the whole thing! many kudos to Bailey and Jake! More

Out of town Service We were out of town and the change oil warning came on. With only 3% oil life remaining, we called. After a week, my wife and I went and spoke to the Used car manager who assured us that these issues would be resolved. After, the weekend and several days of no calls, I called and was told that the Used car manager had been terminated. After almost, two and half weeks later I finally spoke to the General Manager who spoke to me in such a Disrespectful and hateful manner in front of other employees. He insisted , he would not stand by what his Used Car manager had promised to me and my wife. We have never been treated like this after purchasing a vehicle , new or used. More
