Too much hassle. followed by more hassle. I initially would've given 5 stars but 2 months after we purchased our truck, we still are having issues. First; our transmission gave out (luckily I initially would've given 5 stars but 2 months after we purchased our truck, we still are having issues. First; our transmission gave out (luckily within the window span allowed) so we got a brand new transmission put it. But it wasn't until we took it back twice that they replaced it. Second; We traded in our truck and Integrity was supposed to pay off our truck and roll the balance over to the new one we purchased but that took over a month and I couldn't just stop auto-payments on the old truck so they drafted another truck payment for a truck we no longer owned. Integrity eventually gave us back the difference however, after ME having to call every other day to push them, they finally did it a month later. They told us that a rep from Integrity PHYSICALLY WALKED the check into my bank and paid my truck off. I called my bank immediately after and the bank said the loan was still open and never received a check from Integrity. I called Integrity back and of course, no one returned my call, and they closed for the day so no one explained what was going on. I called Integrity back the next day and they said, "oh no, no one walked it in but we are mailing it first thing today"... so they lied to us. Third: about 4 weeks after we purchased our truck, we got a call saying we needed to come by to get an emissions test done because it was never done. We stopped by the dealership AGAIN and they said they needed to look into it and gave us another temp tag because ours was expiring the following day. Fourth: after we keep harassing them because they don't call us back, we just found out that they never did an emissions test on our truck so they can't get it registered. We went back AGAIN to get ANOTHER EXTENSION on our temp tag because it expired yesterday and they STILL haven't returned our call to see what we need to do! We made numerous trips to Integrity and I'm sure they're tired of seeing us roll up in our truck but if they did it right the first several times, we wouldn't be upset. NEEDLESS to say, they couldn't print up another tag because the Motor Vehicle website "won't let them", we are driving around illegally. PS, our saleslady was great though! More

Too many half-truths For most of my life (retired Vet...so I had a lot of vehicles), I have hated car dealers and, most of the time, with good reason. Too many half-truths and broken promises from people who want to make a fast buck with no concern for you, except as a prospective buyer. They all promise you everything, but very few deliver. So when I went to look at a truck at Integrity I was very apprehensive. And soon, very surprised that I would be writing a positive review on a small car dealership. But I am. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from everyone I came in contact with. I was actually listened to and respected throughout the entire process, to include a few stops after the sale had been completed. The owner (Brian) talked to me personally and assured me that the process would be positive and fair and he would stand behind his vehicles. It was and he did! Kudos to Karen who helped me through the registration and licensing (and also a lot of questions!) with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. And to Nick, who insured any mechanical or service concerns where met to my absolute satisfaction. Yes, I got a great truck at a great price, but the treatment from the people before, during and after the sale was even better.
