Sales Manager, Vanessa is Rude & Unprofessional. Brianna was great to work with. She got back to me quickly with all of my questions answered. She s has some great customer service skills. After getting the price or the vehicle, dealer fee and transport fee worked out she said that I could make an offer. I did make an offer and it was $800 less than they were charging and she said she would give me a call back. I told her it was a cash deal and could be completed immediately. This is when everything went south. Vanessa called me on a recorded line and asked me why I would make an offer and where I was getting my figures from. I am sure you have been shopping around and know our prices are good and where have you been shopping. She was rude, and totally inappropriate with her questioning. She never gave me a chance to answer her interrogation but continued her barrage. I was totally shocked by her behavior and told her I was with someone and had to go. She told me she would be there until 7. The next morning I received a text from Brianna apologizing for yesterday and said that the owner had set them both down and and talked to them about how to speak to a customer because unfortunately they fell short.. Again she apologized and said that I did not deserve to be talked to that way. Brianna did not have to apologize because she treated me professionally and with respect. It is Vanessa and the owner who should have reached out to me. More
