Every time I have called about a concern about my car that i purchased from them i have gotten nowhere. It's like they take your money and whatever else comes after that is on you and thats wrong every time I call the person on the phone seem as if they dont give two ducks if i could go back in time i would they lied to me about this car from the jump you people are sick and should be ashamed of yourselves people may have good reviews about them but thats all because they ask you to do the review right then and there but xxxx im changing mines this is a low down place that just want money and dont care for there customers Especially the ones who make there payments on time and never late since they got the xxxx car i wish it was a way for me to get out of this xxxx hole contract i cant wait to be done with they xxx😘 Ps :one more thing when i call and leave voice mails with the person who did my paperwork never get a call back and haven't heard from him since i got this car from them xx i even put a review on Google and still no acknowledgement only if the review is good they look forward to sending out a reply xx More

I had it tested and the codes for the engine light had been there a while. Instacredit refused to fix the problem until I made a bad review on facebook. Then they had me being it in, didn't provide a rental, and kept it a day just to reset the engine light again, not fixing the problem. Now I had to get it inspected, and couldn't pass. Im new to missouri and they also didn't explain sales tax is paid from me at dmv and decided to take all my money for down payment. Then the car broke down again. They will sale you bad cars then threaten to take you to court and garnish your wages with no empathy on selling you a bad car. I know a former instacredit employee and he said that these cars are bought at an auction, and any issues are just covered up long enough to be bought. Another friend of mine bought a vehicle just to have the engine blow a little more than a month into it. They refused to fix issue even after it was proven that it was an on going problem before car was bought. They are a fraud!!!! Selling bad cars for twice the amount they are worth as well as high interest rate. My finance manager, Carla, was so nice until I told her about problems and said I didn't want anymore. She started making threats as well refused to repo, said I would have to have private tow, so I just stayed calm and told her thank you and have a nice day. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! More
