I have to say I had the Best Service Advisor (Dillon Vikari)! He located the parts Left and Right Sensors. My whole process took about 3 Hours. Dillon offered me the Shuttle, which I took. He kept me informed through the whole process. He went out of his way to show me where the Driver Assit Sensor's are located. (Dillon Vikari) is a true Asset to the IPAC Nissan Service Team. In response to a promotional email stating: "WE WANT YOUR CAR! AND WE ARE PREPARED TO OFFER YOU RETAIL VALUE FOR IT! No purchase necessary, MUST ask to speak to John ********* to claim. Once inventory has been stocked this opportunity will expire. Call John at (***) ***-**** or EMAIL ME back to start this process TODAY!" I've redacted the phone number and his last name, of course. No additional terms and conditions on the email, no special requirements or anything of the sort. I went to the dealership with a clean car, lower than average miles, no mechanical defects or damage.. I was offered the Kelly Blue Book trade in value. This was about 4k under the cheapest retail value of this car. My counter was for them to find the absolute cheapest sales listing they could find for same year make model and approximate mileage and knock $500 off of that. They came back with... wait for it... The exact same number. They never had any intention of honoring what they advertised. That much became clear very quickly. But they still managed to trick me into using paid time off from work to drive over there and have my time wasted due to false advertising. More

Not to be trusted - very cliched tactics. I had a really bad experience this past weekend. I had used our companies "benefit" TrueCar to find my myself a used F-150 (don't bother with TrueCar I had a really bad experience this past weekend. Ran across one offering up $22,721 on TrueCar, minus $500 "Personalized Pricing", plus $150 in dealer fees for a total of $22,371. Had my spiffy Certified Used Car Dealer Certificate and all. I test drove it on a Friday, then came back with my family the next day to get their seal of approval and do the deal. All good with the fam, solid price, let's do this. Get to the table and there's a $3K "Reconditioning Fee" tacked on. Never discussed, never even hinted at. IPAC wouldn't take it off so I walked. I get needing to make a profit, or not seeing eye to to eye while negotiating, but put it in the price, you know, the one you advertised the vehicle for. Total disregard for people's time and effort. Don't even bother! More
