I sent a i am interested notification for a 2021 Honda Pilot that was listed for $36,495. Shortly after received a call from Alex and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon.when I arrive I first went Pilot that was listed for $36,495. Shortly after received a call from Alex and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon.when I arrive I first went to Ingram Nissan advising them I had an appointment with Alex but not sure I was at the right place and the Salesman Carlos stated I was at the right place he then told me to have a seat and brought someone out that introduced himself as Alex and said if I needed anything he would be upstairs and stated Carlos was one of their appraiser. When he took me to see the vehicle is when I received a call from Alex asking if I was coming in when I advised him that we spoke and he left me with Carlos and we were going to test drive the vehicle and that’s when he said I was at the wrong dealership I was supposed to go to Ingram Mazda which is right next door. After testing driving it we went inside to crunch the numbers was told that the vehicle was $48,900 and when I brought up the price listed was told it was going to be $38k and after financing would be $47k. The salesman Carlos stated it was $3000 for recertification and there was no negotiating. I left because a NEW vehicle cost just the same as this 2021. So I went next door and was told the pricing of the vehicle was $39,980. I again brought up the pricing and was told that it was not correct so o then stated it was false advertising and the Sales person Cameron advise me it was not false advertising that there is a fine print that states pricing varies which I’m confused because this vehicle was part of RBFCU Plus which is supposed to avoid all of this. The sad part is I had to ask for my car keys 3 different times and wasted a total of three hours with these sales people. When all this could of been avoided if they provide the correct prices. More
IPAC Nissan was awesome! Stephen was so nice and very compassionate! He did not pressure us but let us know that we actually had options! The process wasn’t too long either! Then Jimmy got us a lower rate and monthly payment! Score! Will definitely be back! And refer whoever we can! Thank you IPAC! More

It's obvious they care more about the sale than relationship building. I will never do business here again. Even when I emailed the GM, he did not try to create a solution. Very disappointing. More
These guys are crooks and very, very dishonest. Please don't trust their good review as there seems to be a pattern there. They must have had their family members or friends call in for the few good review they do have. Got a promotional letter stating they wanted to buy my 2015 Nissan Altama, which is in in mint condition) for about just under $13,000,00. OK Ill bite, I went there and saw a 2018 Altama with a bad dents, scratches and pretty badly used tires with 45,000 for $23,95.00. As I walked the lot I saw a 2022 for $27,000.00. Okay who's the idiot who is going pay $24.000.00 for a used Nissan with dents and in C condition when they can get a new one with warrantee for $3,000.00 more? (The value of a 2018 Nissan based on listings for the 2018 Nissan Altimas on websites average listing price is $16,200. Prices ranges from $14,000 to $20,500 for mint condition Nissan (MINT CONDITION). I quickly noticed that their prices for used vehicles were over-inflated. So lets say you take the mid range for this 2018 damaged vehicle in C condition it should run about $17,000.00 at best, minus my $13,000.00 they offered me for my trade-in that leaves a balance of $4,000.00, RIGHT? Basic first grade math, Plus a few add on's of course, so lets say $4,500.00 balance, RIGHT. These two cons go to a private room, including the manager and come out with a figure of $18,950.00 more for the used dented 2018 Nissan and also taking my 2015 mint condition Nissan as a trade-in. How the heck do you get $19,000.00 balance when the vehicle is really worth $17,000.00 or lets say $19,000.00 on the high end minus a trade-in of $13.000? That leaves a balance of $6,000.00, not $18,950.00 more. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS More
