If I could give a negative rating, I would. Howard Young is a snake in the grass. I made a deal with the car sales man and had it in writing. When I went in to the finance room, I noticed $3000 added to the price. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I asked to speak to Howard again. He said that was the price and he would not change it because it was a 2025. The deal I made was on a 2035. He is a liar and will manipulate you if you let him. I went to NorthPark Mazda and bought a 2025 car the same day with Mike Anderson for $3000 less. If you ever need to get a Mazda stay clear of this dealership and go to NorthPark. More
Had my oil change today and had a great experience. Mark welcomed me and made sure my info was all correct. Can’t beat the price for the 3 oil changes plus tire rotation. Breakfast , coffee , and my oil change plus a video . I’m one happy customer. Due to every visit has been one great experience. I was sent an exclusive upgrade package via text, it looked appealing.. Hazeal stated " "I am excited to send you this offer for a brand new vehicle.! Please let me know if you are interested" I was the looked appealing.. Hazeal stated " "I am excited to send you this offer for a brand new vehicle.! Please let me know if you are interested" I was then sent the details. I knew there would be some speed bumps in the road with my credit so I called to make sure that I would not be wasting their time nor mine. She said everything looked good so I told her I would go in on that day, which was 10/28/24. When I got there she was no where to be found, so I was handed off to another sales rep. who was very nice. However, when I got there they only had one car in inventory and all cars are not created equal, that car was very ugly. He then showed me another car, a level up from mine. and I did fall for the bait. Now, they said on the "Exclusive package just for me", I would not have to put any money down and my interest rate would be much lower. Well, my credit was lower when I got my first car from them but when the young man came back from financing he said that I would need to put 7,000.00 down at first but he took it back, because that wasn't happening, and then he came back and said we can put you in the car but your payment will be a little bit higher than what you have right now and the interest rate will only go down 1%. I told them, "thank you but no thank you" I text Hazeal the next morning and i told her that, I would be putting in a negative review and I was going to attach what they sent me, but I see there is no place to attach documents, She then text me back and to me to read the disclaimer. There was not a disclaimer that was text to me, that is why I wish I could upload what I got via text. And if I was going to receive a disclaimer after they got me in lot, why not mention it in the text. I mean, I told her a person would have to be insane to take an offer like that, and no worries, my time would not be wasted again. More

I spoke with Tahleigha, who is professional polite and caring. I had the vehicle towed to the shop. Brian is professional took care of the vehicle. The Mechanic did a good job fixing the vehicle.
