I am pleased to write this review for a Mr. Rodriguez, Raul. Every time I have visited the IPAC Service team I have had a great experience. This last time was no different. On my first service of my new vehicle the service department damaged my $70k truck and did not tell me, (its still not fixed and i can not just drop it off with no transportation) now on my second visit the Service agent never notified me that the truck was done I had to call and he said to text him which he did not reply untill several calls and text later. Once I arrived my tires were not balanced the nail was still in the tire and no one checked the air pressure. I had to ask for someone to put air in my tire. Then my service agent commenced to argue with me to the point that he was yelling while he moved into my personal space like he wanted to fight me. Please be forewarned with the pattern of service and customer service I have recived from IPAC Ram service department. More

I placed and order with this dealership to get a new Jeep gladiator with the options I wanted. We negotiated a price, I put money down and waited eight weeks. I protested that we had a deal, they threatened to keep my deposit if I did not agree to the new cost. After hours of protests they finally gave my my deposit back and kicked me out. They said because of the current environment they could sell the Jeep for more than they agreed to sell it to me. This dealership has no integrity and no honor. I would not trust a promise or a handshake from this dealership. More

Anatolii was truly exceptional. I was looking at several other Ram trucks at 8 different dealerships in the area to include ones that are over 100 miles away. Deceptive, misleading advertising to get you in and they sneak the price in when you sign. If you are not careful you sign away a bigger loan that is more than what you actually get. This is my second trip to this dealership to get a tool needed to access the spare tire. The first time they gave me the wrong tool. Now I am on HOUR 2 waiting on a simple tool that should have been in the needed to access the spare tire. The first time they gave me the wrong tool. Not impressed. Have purchased a new vehicle every 18 months since my first in 1978. Everything was unprofessional, and misstated. Bought this new Jeep in early November 2019 and just now after 5 times at dealerships here it is the last of January 2020 and finally Discount tire ha Bought this new Jeep in early November 2019 and just now after 5 times at dealerships here it is the last of January 2020 and finally Discount tire has handled the problem with tires that had BELT PROBLEMS? Had to take this vehicle across town to Ancira to get this resolved? The service MANAGER at Ancira found the problem in ONE visit there? This vehicle was found to have set on IPAC's lot for more than a year and in the severe heat last summer of which ruined these tires? Why am I upset??? A new vehicle with less than 1K miles when this all came about and they had the guts to make me pay $76.00 for the tires that had to be junked and replaced? WHY should we be paying any such thing on a brand new vehicle? To top it all: I'm a retired Chrysler Employee (mechanic) myself and all they had to do on the 1st visit was to get the tires replaced! TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: MR. Charles Kersch The service writer flat out busted his tail doing every thing he could to get this taken care of! BIG KUDOS TO CHARLES! Why his superiors did not heed his input and just fix the very evident wheel/tire shake and have a happy customer is a big question. More

This dealership is terrible.they will first charge you a fee to inspect your vehicle, then continue to add to diagnostic fee. Brought my vehicle in for air ride repair, first the tech said it had a slow lea fee to inspect your vehicle, then continue to add to diagnostic fee. Brought my vehicle in for air ride repair, first the tech said it had a slow leak, but couldn’t find any leaks. Then goes to tell me that 2 fuses where blown. Only thing that seem to be wrong was the fuses and they wanted to charge me for the air also which it didn’t need. Please save yourself time and money. These people are crooks down to the service advisors. Mechanics are trash. More
