Can’t blame service guy. He does what he does. They could do better about information getting out to use the customers. Not very happy. He does what he does. They could do better about information getting out to use the customers. Not very happy. More

They don't honor their "internet" pricing, nor Stellantis employee discounts. It's all about maximizing their commissions. My trade offer was 7,000 less than what I had an actual appraisal at. 5 cars from there over the years but they have lost a customer who trades cars every 2-3 years because they're completely shady now. Had to have my 2020 RAM towed to dealership. It took 10 days for them to look at it. They said my battery was bad and needed to be replaced before they could check anything else. $615.00 for a battery. I couldn’t believe it. They said 179.00 was for diagnostic test. Every auto parts store in the country will run that test for free. That’s whT happens when you break down at night in the middle of downtown San Antonio. They hold you hostage and price gouge your eyeballs out. Never again!!! More
IPAC doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If you are looking for a fair, ethical, and transparent transaction, this is not the place to go. I do not recommend IPAC to anyone. I was shown one vehicle and promised my purchase would be the same and I did not receive that at all. I was then made to seem like a liar when I conf I was shown one vehicle and promised my purchase would be the same and I did not receive that at all. I took my 22 Gladiator there on Oct 7 to either schedule appointment to get the issue looked at or have it looked at right then. The Service guy (who didn't give me his name) looked over the truck and then appointment to get the issue looked at or have it looked at right then. The Service guy (who didn't give me his name) looked over the truck and then went to talk with the Tech guy. He came back and stated it is a rear locker sensor and that I would need to drop it off for 5 business days for them to diagnose the problem. I stated since I only have one vehicle I cannot leave the truck for a week just for them to look at it and not fix it then I would need to schedule a date I could drop it off to have it looked at and he said they can't do that. I asked when that changed and he said it's been that way for over 3 years. I then asked about a rental car since warranty work was being done and again he said they don't do that. I asked when it changed again and he stated been this way for over 3 years. At this time, I told him that wasn't true since I brought my old Wrangler there around Nov/Dec time frame and was both given a date to drop off and a rental car. He then called me a "Liar" and said they wouldn't do it. When pressed about the issue again he told me to call Jeep myself and see if they would provide me with a rental. I will admit I was upset so I said this dealership is a waste of xxx time as I walked back to my truck. The service guy walked right up to me and said what did you say? I repeated what I said as I sat in my truck. The guy said we can go across the street and settle this if you want. I was taken aback by this and started to laugh and told him to get the f out of here. He walked into the offices in the center of the driveway and came back out and walked up to my vehicle and said let's go across the street and handle this. Again I started laughing and drove off. While I was leaving the guy yelled at me "Where are you going?" I drove to Lone Star Jeep and scheduled a date on Monday for me to drop the truck off so they can look at it. They were able to look at it and tried to fix the problem. Turned out the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. I call to IPAC and asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to VM that couldn't accept messages so I called back asking to speak with Mike Smith and provided this information and told him I would never be back to this dealership and he said that he doesn't blame me. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. Customers shouldn't have to be threatened when they call you out on lies. Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
Called to get a price on a Jeep Gladiator and couldn't get anyone to tell me what the actual price on the vehicle would be until I came down there (I live over an hour away) and started working a "deal". get anyone to tell me what the actual price on the vehicle would be until I came down there (I live over an hour away) and started working a "deal". Tried asking about the no payments for the rest of the year and the salesperson had no answers and wanted me to get with the finance department after I started the deal. It's a joke that borders on almost being a scam, I would not recommend wasting your time with this place unless you're beyond desperate. More
Took my truck for tire rotation two weeks ago after making an appointment. Appointment was confirmed and arrived early to be on time. This was not my first service visit. Had been there multiple times making an appointment. Appointment was confirmed and arrived early to be on time. This was not my first service visit. Had been there multiple times before. Yet, When I get there, even though I explained why I was there, no one wanted to help. First service manager I see turns me to another. The second service manager asks why I am there. I explained that I had an appointment for tire rotatio. But he wasn’t interested in helping me. He starts off the conversation that a tire rotation is expensive because my truck is a duality. He then says they only do tire rotations for single-rear trucks. He tells me that they do not rotate tires for duallys. Then he checks my truck for different reason and tells me my truck is due for fuel filter change that is going to cost me $400. I thanked him and left as I knew they were not going to help me. So, my question is why did they give me an appointment if they weren’t interested in working on my truck. In addition, when I contacted another Ram dealership about my truck getting a tire rotation, they confirmed that duallys do need tire rotation. Luckily, this dealership not only scheduled me, but actually did a tire rotation. Finally, I also inquired about cost of fuel filter change. The dealership confirmed that I need to change out my fuel filters every other oil change. When asked about the price of fuel filter change, they quoted price of $264, which is way cheaper than what IPAC service manager had quoted me. Never going back to IPAC again. They did not want my money and I am not giving them a penny ever again. I will give my money to a dealership that actually will work on my vehicle when I request it. Done with IPAC and recommend everybody stay away. More
