1. Over 3 weeks and they haven't paid off my trade in loan. Now I am getting late notices and a credit hit. They told me 10 days or less. 2. Had me sign something saying I got a full tank of gas and then gave me the truck wiht 8 gallons (I had to make them go fill it up...another 20 min). 4. Three calls in last 7 days and they still can't tell me if they are getting my License Plates issue corrected. They were supposed to xfer my DV plates but then called to tell my my plates are ready for pickup. Told them they were supposed to be xfer'ed, not new plates. Now, 3 calles later...they have yet to call me back as they say every time... or fix the issue. Imma need plates eventually. Hopefully Johnny, Ivan, and License Plate lady can get this fixed... Complete incompetence and built in shady processes. Never... never...never again would I buy from this place. More
On 4/17/24, I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall service. Solomon Harris in the service center was my contact. I have some mobility issues doe to medical problems. Solomon was very considerate and helped me with having my vehicle quickly serviced so I could return and take needed meds. He also gave me attention to an upgrade of side step for my vehicle and assured me that he would contact me when parts were in and help with getting them installed as quickly as possible. I can only say that Solomon made me comfortable with all aspects of the upkeep of my vehicle. More
TRUE FRAUDULENT dealership and thieves, they’re not to be trusted. I was called in by Jose “Bob” Lombrana (sales manager) 03/21 to get assist with filling out my customer satisfaction survey on my behalf. He trusted. I was called in by Jose “Bob” Lombrana (sales manager) 03/21 to get assist with filling out my customer satisfaction survey on my behalf. He advised me to give all 10’s. To fast forward this a bit, once I arrived, he instructed Justin Chin (customer relationship mgr) to do the survey on my behalf. He then quickly takes my phone to do this. Yes, they were aware of my negative perception and experience. I was bribed and mislead to come in. The offer presented was to give a positive review in exchange, to get into the vehicle I really wanted. Only to find out, Jose “Bob” ran my credit again with RBFCU for a total of $68,507 without my authorization. Now appraising the vehicle I had purchased a week ago with less than 500 miles! What a nightmare! No one deserves to be treated this way. Beware of: Jose “Bob” Lombrana (Sales Mgr), Ruben Flores (GM), Justin Chin (Customer Relationship Manager) and Juan Ramirez (Finance Manager) their all in on the scheme to ruin your life. TRUST ME! More
Under no circumstances should you consider buying from this place. They post cars on Facebook Market place for thousands less then they have them listed for on their website, I noticed the difference and this place. When I drove an hour to the dealership the sales manager wouldn’t honor the price from marketplace, they wanted 4 thousand more then the price I confirmed with my salesman. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to get ripped off. They should change the name to Bait and Switch Auto group! More
