Worst dealership in San Antonio Area! !! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! You will be disappointed!!! They are great at selling you a lemon, but once you have an issue with the vehicle do not !! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! You will be disappointed!!! The employees greeting us at the service area were quite friendly and welcoming. The problem I had was with either the employee that worked on my truck or the valet moving the truck. While getting into the friendly and welcoming. The problem I had was with either the employee that worked on my truck or the valet moving the truck. While getting into the truck someone apparently grabbed on to the handle that assists you in getting into the truck and put all their weight and dislodging the handle. I did not notice the handle until I was away from the dealership and already on the expressway and enroute to another appointment. I called the service dept. and advised them of the damage and advised them of the damage and that I had an appointment for a recall at a later date and that I expected them to fix the damage. I also asked the service employee to make a notation on my service statement. More
