Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Does not honor marketed price. Sneaks in hidden fees. Wouldn’t disclose sales price until after we traveled 2 hours to buy a vehicle. More

Justin, Your message is quite ironic, considering the absolute circus of a dealership you represent. While I understand you may not have personally been involved, you’re still part of this disaster, and quite frankly, I’m baffled that any owner would allow this level of incompetence to thrive under their watch. Before I continue leaving more scathing reviews—over 50 so far—along with filing a BBB complaint for San Antonio and reaching out to the Texas Attorney General’s Office (letter attached to email), let me spell out exactly why I’m beyond furious. The service I received at your dealership wasn’t just bad—it was the most dishonest, crooked experience I’ve ever had. And trust me, that’s saying something. To add insult to injury, the same Jeep I inquired about is still listed today on your website for $33,921—about $800 less than when I was there, when the price was originally $34,646. Cody and Joshua, who both deserve gold medals in shady sales tactics and Micky Mouse math that makes zero sense, I told them the vehicle would sell for $32,500 due to its condition—tires included. Funny, because those tires looked more worn out than ones I had on my Toyota Tundra after 90,000 miles. This Jeep has 26,000 miles, and you expect me to believe those tires weren’t swapped? Please. And yes, I saw the Carfax report. Florida roads are not that rough, and if you remove all the excessive over spray of "Black Magic" - ultra shine xxxxxxxx that you drenched the engine and undercarriage in the Jeep is in great shape for a 2021 model. Here’s a thought: if you truly want to “address” the situation, start by being honest. Post your absurd $3,000 reconditioning fee and your laughable $999 add-ons like the tracker and “paint protection” (which no one asked for) on every ad, front and center. Spare your customers the nonsense about nitrogen in tires—no one’s buying that. Let’s not forget: I was more than ready to write a check for $35,000-$36,000, including tax, title, and license, with no financing, no waiting—just a done deal. But thanks to Cody and Joshua, that didn’t happen. Instead, I’ve spent hours calling out your dealership’s unethical practices across every platform I could find, and believe me, I’m just getting started. If you’re actually serious about making this right, my cell was provided via direct email to you. But understand this: as a MIL retiree with HUGE network and plenty of time on my hands, I have one singular mission every day—to make your dealership’s life miserable by ensuring everyone knows just how deceitful you are. My new hobby is dedicating my time to exposing your unethical practices. As noted above, I am actively reaching out to news organizations, investigative entities, consumer protection agencies, the Texas Attorney General, and organizations like the Better Business Bureau to ensure that your unethical practices are thoroughly audited and exposed at every possible level. One xxx Pissed Off Consumer!
