Best buying experience! I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple months and had visited many dealerships with no results. Ingersoll of Pawling posted a vehicl I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple months and had visited many dealerships with no results. Ingersoll of Pawling posted a vehicle online with no pictures but described exactly what I had been looking for. Within 10 minutes of sending an email I heard back from Nellie that they had just got the vehicle in and she would be happy to take some pictures to send me since the "professional" pictures wouldn't be ready in for a couple days. Within and hour of my first email I had received 12 pictures of the vehicle. I decided to make the 75 minute drive from CT the next day. Nellie had set up an appointment with a sales associate Frank Paolicelli. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and took us for a test drive. Franks 29 years in the business showed and he was a pleasure to speak with. No pressure or being rushed through. Next I met with the sales Manager Ryan Goldstein and he put their best deal on the table and within an hour of visiting we had a deal! The pickup was just as smooth, the finance director had me in and out with 30 minutes and was off to my new vehicle with Frank to go over anything and make sure everything was setup. Frank gathered the sales team to come out and congratulate me on my purchase and I was on my way.
