Fast, complete and courteous! The service team is friendly and greats you immediately as you drive in. After a quick look at the car and information exchange they give you an estim The service team is friendly and greats you immediately as you drive in. After a quick look at the car and information exchange they give you an estimated time of completion that has been spot on the past two years. When their are some unexpected needed repairs, the service team works with you and doesn't pressure you into anything that is not urgently needed. We bought two vehicles at this dealership about 4/5 years ago and will be replacing them in another month thanks to Billy, Dan, Peter and the rest of the service team. Looking forward to seeing Salesman Domenic Izzo next month to trade in our old Chevy's to buy 2 new ines! More

Nice polite caring group I brought my 2015 Silverado back in January 2017 and he was very nice and was able to get me in with no appointment. I had to get my ebrake adjusted and they tried to charge me but I told him it was certified used truck within my first 7500 miles and he did some research and then said your right and charged me nothing. Worst dealership ever I have to accept that they are very nice and polite with the costumers but at the end what's more important is the way how they do business. We've been agreed on the price and conditions on me buying a pre owned vehicle, left a security deposit as well, supposed to end the transaction in a couple of weeks, but guess what-they sold it a week before our terms. I already made my plans on having that car instead i had to leave my working days and spend time and money on a new research. The deposit?- yes they were kind enough to send it back to me after keeping it for over a week on their account. Not looking to settle I went to ingersoll of Pawling looking to by a new Camaro after taking a car for a test drive I sat down with Jim and I explained what I was looking f I went to ingersoll of Pawling looking to by a new Camaro after taking a car for a test drive I sat down with Jim and I explained what I was looking for, now they didn't have the car I was looking for but told me they located a few and said they could have 1 in a few days at which point they requested a $1000 deposit which I had no problem doing. The following day I was called by a manager saying they couldn't get the car I wanted cause 1 of the cars was sold and the other was being used as a demo again not a problem I can understand that but then the sales manager keeps pushing me to other options and colors that I didn't really want. After getting off the phone I went on autotrader and punched in what I was looking for and it came up immediately the following day I contacted the salesman Jim and explained to him I found the car at another dealer and I was going with them instead and I asked for my $1000 deposit check at which point I was told was already deposited????? Hang on let me get this straight you took the check and put it in your bank without having the car enroute to your dealership and not even sure if you can even get me the car? I explained to Jim how I found the car and the first thing he says is well we knew it was at that other dealer but they wouldn't release it to us so we didn't tell you, so let me get this straight I was very specific on how I wanted the car and this was the only one available that fit my description and rather than say there is 1 out there but we can't get it they blatantly said they can't find 1. Now I get a dealer wants to make the sale I'm not stupid but if they had said to me if you really want this specific car it's at this other dealer but we would rather you buy something from here I would have had so much respect for them that I would have definitely given them another shot down the road but now I will never step foot in this dealership again!! Not to mention at the time of this post it has been 6 days and I still haven't received my deposit back yet cause I need to wait 7-10 days for the check to clear but they didn't need to wait to deposit it before having a car for me?? He answered all of my questions and concerns, went over everything in detail, help me return a car rental in Brewster and even offered to walk my dog while I waited to sign paperwork. This is truly the best experience I had with all the dealerships I purchased cars from which also includes Mercedes and Porsche's.
