The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more! More

Professional and knowledgeable My husband knew that I was interested in a Subaru Outback and because we have always owned GM vehicles he wanted to drive a comparable SUV. Your salesman Ryan showed and allowed Jim to test drive 6 different models. Once he drove the Equinox he was convinced that I would like this vehicle. He brought it home for me to test drive and I have to be honest that I was thoroughly impressed with the ride , response and handling of the Equinox. It is very comfortable and I feel like I belong in the seat. I wanted a Cheyanne Red one and Mike was able to have it brought from your Danbury, Ct. dealership the same day. The financing was done to our satisfaction and although this is the first lease agreement I have done I feel we were treated fairly and I drove it away the same day. I am so very happy that we stayed with a GM vehicle because I trust their reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction. Ingersoll of Pawling has been our go to dealership for years and we are happy to give it a 5 star rating. Ryan was so very helpful and knowledgeable answering our questions and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. Each person we dealt with was professional, helpful and had a can do attitude. Mike made the lease agreement fall in line with our wishes and Torey was very articulate with the final paperwork. This is the first new car I have purchased in 10 years and I am very happy with my choice. I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future. More
