I have been doing business with this dealership long before it bore the Ingersoll name, and the Sales and Service team have continued to always go the extra mile for me, whether the matters were small or significant. Ingersoll of Pawling, in my opinion, is superior in every way to other dealerships I have ever dealt with in the past, and is my only choice for any service need I might have for the 3 Chevrolets I own currently, which were purchased there. Not Satisfactory Overall experience was disappointing. After finally finding the truck I wanted and spending the time with the sales rep to purchase it. When I went t Overall experience was disappointing. After finally finding the truck I wanted and spending the time with the sales rep to purchase it. When I went to go pick it up it was close to closing time and my sales rep had already gone I was left hanging trying to trade in my old truck for the new one. The final service was horrible after driving over an hour to get there in time before they closed. My new truck hadn't been detailed, tank wasn't full, no owners manual, OnStar wasn't set up, had to ask a few different people for the paperwork and keys, because nobody knew who I was or that I was trading in. The most crucial thing was that the next morning there was a huge puddle of oil under the truck in my driveway which I later found the drain plug gasket to be leaking. I drove an hour back home from the dealership thinking my brand new truck was all set, when there were so many things that hadn't been checked over. I assumed the dealership would have done this before I picked it up. Because of this experience I would not recommend this dealership and I will not be a returning customer. More
