I came in at 9 am to do a software update that I was told could take up to 3 hours. I come back 6 hours later and they haven't even started on my car. Very Poor communication. I had to call a few times a day in order to get a hold of anyone who knew anything about my car. they would tell they would call me back but never did. The dealership refused to honor the GM Educator's Discount when contacted about purchasing a 2021 GMC Canyon. The reason they gave for doing so was Covid changed a lot about the industry.
