I came in at 9 am to do a software update that I was told could take up to 3 hours. I come back 6 hours later and they haven't even started on my car. I had to wait close to 7 hours total on something that s could take up to 3 hours. I come back 6 hours later and they haven't even started on my car. Very Poor communication. I had to call a few times a day in order to get a hold of anyone who knew anything about my car. they would tell they would call me back but never did. Plus they had my car for over in order to get a hold of anyone who knew anything about my car. they would tell they would call me back but never did. Plus they had my car for over 3 WEEKS!! not happy. More
