Terrible experience in trying to purchase a certified used car from the dealership. Called ahead & set an appointment to see a few cars on the lot. The salesperson started out by saying there was a $600 used car from the dealership. Called ahead & set an appointment to see a few cars on the lot. The salesperson started out by saying there was a $600 fee for vehicle certification. NO MENTION OF THIS ONLINE...VEHICLE ADVERTISED AS CERTIFIED! Very deceptive advertising to lure prospective customers into showroom! THis fee is in addition to their exorbitant $700 documentation fee. Despite setting an appointment and telling them what vehicles I was interested in, vehicles could not be found on lot. Spent 10-15 minutes w/ salesperson walking their huge lot in the cold b4 I decided to drive a similar vehicle as a substitution. While driving around found one of the vehicles interested in which was covered in snow. This car was covered in snow & had to be removed b4 driving. The other vehicle interested in we were then told was being used as a "shuttle" and would not be back for another 15 minutes.! This vehicle had 2,500 more miles than advertised and were unwilling to negotiate price. Additionally, salesperson was unfriendly and detached giving us the impression we were an annoyance & couldn't wait until we left. More

Salesman was very nice and helpful. Dealer had me fill out knob instant cash offer for trade information and then once I got to dealership they offered me exactly half. Dealership was very clean and people were friendly but terrible business practices. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a genuine waste of time. Unless you are ready to walk away (like I did) you probably won’t get a fair deal. More
Best sales experience ever! Aldo was so helpful and went above and beyond! Although he isn't a salesman and works for KBB there, he still took time out to help us and has excellent customer service. Peter was our salesman, he was also very helpful and went above and beyond as well. The staff was super friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone! Overall excellent service over all!! We bought a car in September. Got a nice deal on a good used car. In December, the car was totaled while parked in a park-and-ride. Put every cent I had down on the first car. It was fully loaded - an excellent purchase for the price. Insurance covered the loan but left me with half of what I put down on the first car. Went back to Ingrosoll thinking they might help me out being I JUST purchased the first car. Also mentioned that my mom would be looking for a car soon which would mean another new customer. Test drove the three cars they had on the lot that really didn't even come close to the car I originally bought. The salesman knew my budget before he showed me cars. I decided to compromise a bit on the extras and buy one of the three cars I test drove. The entire time, we let the salesman know what our budget was. We assumed Ingrosoll was going to help us out due to the extenuating circumstances. When the numbers came back on the purchase, I could not afford the car. Ingrosoll would not budge on the price...even though I showed them comparable cars at other dealerships for less money. They WOULD NOT BUDGE even though they called us "family". I'm taking my business elsewhere. Very sad because I liked the place and would have been a very long term customer. it's so unfortunate to have to fail this dealership but they are greedy. More
