Within a week of buying used car the airbag light came on. They want $900 to fix it. The only conclusion I can come to is that they reset the codes before they sell a car so the lights go off and you have on. They want $900 to fix it. HI my concern is why the reason for include in the price some performance and in the end don't do? COMPLETE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE AND ROTATION OF TIRES.......MONITORS", My 2 front tires are the same when I drove in and out, about the toping fluids, after they release the truck, I went inside for check again then one manager ask the technician for top the coolant since I told then, but not even the manager apologized, about the tires just told the last time was on range yellow, how a tire with 4/32 tread go to 0/32 to 3/32 in less than 5k, and when got home call twice and ask for a manager nobody call me back, I try to contact by email, somebody call me but told was his department, maybe need call the consumer protection since no one want to pay attention to my concern. Dealership could not deliver proper information about fuel type. Tried selling a truck that was not through a multi point inspection. Than to have the rep tell me I looked to young to buy a car. Refused to give me rates and tried locking me into a deal before the credit check. put me into a contract above sicker price on the truck. Ran my credit card even though for the hold amount even though I said I would not buy the truck until my questions are answered and the truck is reviewed. Multiple people were messaging and calling me claiming to be the same sales man. Would not get back to me with the questions and went no contact after I said I wanted a different truck. More

Terrible experience in trying to purchase a certified used car from the dealership. Called ahead & set an appointment to see a few cars on the lot. The salesperson started out by saying there was a $600 used car from the dealership. Called ahead & set an appointment to see a few cars on the lot. The salesperson started out by saying there was a $600 fee for vehicle certification. NO MENTION OF THIS ONLINE...VEHICLE ADVERTISED AS CERTIFIED! Very deceptive advertising to lure prospective customers into showroom! THis fee is in addition to their exorbitant $700 documentation fee. Despite setting an appointment and telling them what vehicles I was interested in, vehicles could not be found on lot. Spent 10-15 minutes w/ salesperson walking their huge lot in the cold b4 I decided to drive a similar vehicle as a substitution. While driving around found one of the vehicles interested in which was covered in snow. This car was covered in snow & had to be removed b4 driving. The other vehicle interested in we were then told was being used as a "shuttle" and would not be back for another 15 minutes.! This vehicle had 2,500 more miles than advertised and were unwilling to negotiate price. Additionally, salesperson was unfriendly and detached giving us the impression we were an annoyance & couldn't wait until we left. More
