When Ingersoll first contacted me, it was out of the blue but they said: I would be happy to set up a time for you to meet one of our managers so we can move the process along quickly. I had no idea wh but they said: I would be happy to set up a time for you to meet one of our managers so we can move the process along quickly. I had no idea what process they were talking about and asked for more details. A different person responded that I might have positive equity in my lease so I arranged an appointment. When I visited, I was not met by a manager. I was assigned a sales consultant, who immediately went into a sales pitch. When we eventually got around to assessing my current vehicle, it didn't take long for someone to find out that I do not have equity in my lease. In fact, I still have another 6 months left on my lease and am not in a position to lease or purchase another vehicle. This was a complete waste of my time which could have been avoided if Ingersoll had taken the time to check the state of my lease before contacting me. It would also have been nice to have actually spoken with a manager. While I like Chevrolets, rest assured I will not be renewing my lease or making a purchase through Ingersoll when the time comes. Neither will I be recommending them to anyone I know. More
I arrived a little early the car was taken in quickly and service was completed within 1 hour, faster than usual. I received a thorough report on all systems, and it was carefully explained to me. I took my car there to have a service last weekend, they took care of all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There were some scratches on my car and they offered to have their took care of all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I made another appointment to have it done, and they did a fantastic job getting it doing so. Josh was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Fantastic customer service all around.
