Kevin was amazing! Great customer service. I do however feel the wait is a bit long for a regular oil change. I was waiting almost 2 hours on a weekday. A little length Great customer service. I’ve been going to Infiniti Service Center for over 10yrs for my QX80. Elvis has been my Service agent since day one. Elvis is a valuable employee for you guys and the reason why I still go there. When I beg for my QX80. Elvis has been my Service agent since day one. Elvis is a valuable employee for you guys and the reason why I still go there. When I began going there the service was 5 stars. The work was completed in a timely manner and issues on vehicles were taken care on the first visit. I’ve observed your mechanic (work) area which use to be full now barely has 2 mechanics working. The service agent’s desks are full of work orders that are backed up. Back then the service staff and sales personnel felt like one big family working together and they would all greet you when passing by. Now the service area and sales area seem like two different entities. Vehicle were always washed after any type of service now you’re lucky if there is a car washer on the premises. The staff looks over worked and unhappy. Like I stated above the only reason I still take my vehicle over is because your service agent Elvis. He is always professional and courteous and returns my call right away. He takes his time to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed out of there. I call him and he always finds a way to take my vehicle right away for service even if it’s last minute. He gets me a loaner when needed if the work is going to take a couple of days. Another thing, don’t you think if we own an Infiniti and you get us a loaner it would be an Infiniti? That way if I ever want to buy another vehicle hey I really enjoyed driving this loaner they lend me while my vehicle was getting worked on. Instead you guys send us to a car rental place with horrible service and get a car that is your competition. You guys are better than this. I’m amazed you guys haven’t lost Elvis.
