Worst experience at a car dealeship! I visited South Motors Infiniti on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a car. My experience was very unpleasant once I stepped into this dealership. Sal I visited South Motors Infiniti on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a car. My experience was very unpleasant once I stepped into this dealership. Sales Consultants did not approach me or even attempt to make eye contact while I made my way through the dealership. I saw Sales Consultants in their offices talking to other employees but they did not care to look at me or greet me. For me to get a Sales Consultant to help me, I had to ask the receptionist to find me one. A Sales Consultant finally approached me and I told him about the car I wanted to purchase. He then told me they will not negotiate with me on the price of the vehicle and that I will have to pay sticker price. For some odd reason, he also mentioned that he did not like cars but yet he worked as a Sales Consultant. He also mentioned that if a customer really wants a car, that nothing can stop him/her from purchasing it. In this case, I really wanted to purchase the vehicle, but HE made me not purchase it! I also left my phone number with this dealer because they told me that they will be receiving the car I want in a couple of days and they will call me once it's in. They never called. If this dealer values customers like how other companies do, they would've treated me better and wouldn't have let me walk out so quickly. Later that day, I purchased the car I wanted from Sawgrass Infiniti. South Motors Infiniti chose not to give me a good buying experience and therefore lost a sale to another dealer. I went to Warren Henry Infiniti and Sawgrass Infiniti after I left this dealership and there was "a night and day difference" in the service I received. I will be driving an extra hour to Sawgrass Infiniti for service and parts for my new vehicle. I will never step foot into this dealership ever again. More

Second priority is steer toward a late model used car. If those fail, the crew eats sandwiches at $140 per hour for diagnosis while allowing no idea how long it might take. Could be all day. Could be all week. Sandwiches might be an exaggeration. Who knows? Who cares? They can't be held accountable to an estimate so the timetable is anything they want it to be. Bottom line, House wins. Cha-Ching. The hilarious aspect is that while all of this is going on, they try to pretend they are on your side. My older G20 ended up needing a computer reset, new starter ground wires, and a new drop resistor. I got them combined for less than the ripoff cost of one hour diagnosis at wonderful South Motors Infiniti. Thank goodness my sensors were wide open and I stayed away, largely thanks to that disgraceful phone rep. Keep running... More

Tallest guy there- you can't miss him. He's a pretty young guy, just graduated college less than a year ago but he's honest and hardworking. Very promising to make an exceptional salesman, he made my experience very memorable. Everything that was done was thoroughly discussed to me, the atmosphere was comfortable, and he wasn't too pushy. He connected me to the car I wanted and I am so appreciative and happy south motors have people like him working for them! More

Less then a week after purchasing it I began hearing a noise when starting car and the brakes or string well. I made Infiniti Service department know and forth. Till this day they can't fix it. been there for the same problem and other more then 5 times. YOU CANT DISTINGUISH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EMPLOYEES ANDCUSTOMERS!! that says a lot about a business itself. The employees are rude, loud, inapropriate. Who screams at a customer or what employee refuses a Customer from seeing the Service Manager, Or General Manager. I heard great things about Infiniti cars,I understand there will be problems or manufacture cars. But my Overall Service experience HORRIBLE! This will be My FIRST &LAST INFINITI! More
SOUTH MOTORS INFINITI adds NO VALUE to what they are selling. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SHOPPING AT AN AFTERMARKET/NON-BRANDED DEALERSHIP THAN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!! I should have trusted my selling. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SHOPPING AT AN AFTERMARKET/NON-BRANDED DEALERSHIP THAN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!! I should have trusted my instincts and not have tried to do business with these guys. As someone stated, this place is a waste of time! The management staff (Greg-finance manager) is extremely Dishonest and Disrespectful, to a point where they don't even honor their asking prices that's posted on their website. It's a ploy to get you in there and then when you get serious they go up on the price. These guys had a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti for $26,995. I noticed on the work sheet they were trying to adjust the price upward to $27,995 because it was certified. I called them out on it and led them to their website and specifically Greg became EXTREMELY offended and that's when their true colors came to light. Needless to say I regressed in my commentary and politely said "I don't know why I'm arguing with a used car salesman." And that's when he started more with his rampage and gave me his resume-15 years as a high school teacher and a degree from USF...Really?!?!?!?!?!? Infiniti couldn't do better to hire someone to represent them better? Obviously, it shows with their lack of general respect and customer service. More
Run fast and far from this place.they quote one price and bill you another. And will say no problem found regarding your car warranty issues. I only went along because I beloved the initial quote of 225.00 for spark plugs, then it became 335.00 and they still can't get the check light turned off, and they claim they don't see the smoke coming out of my tailpipes. I am going back with a video of the smoking fx35! More
