Received an offer to continue my lease from the General Manager at South Motor Infiniti, Mr. Jorge Escobar. Visited the dealership to accept the offer. After meeting with the Sales Manager he comes up with Manager at South Motor Infiniti, Mr. Jorge Escobar. Visited the dealership to accept the offer. After meeting with the Sales Manager he comes up with a much higher offer than reflected on the mailing I received from Mr. Escobar. Went to see Mr. Escobar to ask why the bait and switch, he responded “well that’s a mistake “ I said if that is the case then it was his mistake and he should honor it considering that his name was on it. He would not back up the lease offer he mailed to me that he signed. Totally unprofessional and typical of a dealership I strongly recommend staying away from. Have leased vehicles from this dealership for the last 20 years and have maintained going back because they always negotiated to make the sales. More
