I leased a Q50 in 2021. amazing experience when I was leasing , Since the very first week, I started to have problems with the car. As a nurse, it was very difficult to have amazing experience when I was leasing , Since the very first week, I started to have problems with the car. As a nurse, it was very difficult to have days off to bring the car to service. Had to rely on friends to pick me up'. Finally , I had to go to Lemons Law. I struggled 3 years, asked to have another car or help me somehow. At the end of my lease, When asked if I was leasing another car, they became very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to Infiniti South Motors. I found out by many of their workers that the Q50 was not working well and many people had the same problem. My daughter faced the same problem. . As a nurse, I want to make sure that no woman goes though that experience, specially nurses who cannot be late or miss days at work. Women out there, be careful! the last drop, they asked me another month of end of lease. FYI, When I gave my car back in April, It still need to be fixed .The part that I needed had not arrived .I waited for the part for 6 month. More

My experience with Infiniti of South Miami was phenomenal. This was my 5th car with this dealership and I am always left extremely impressed leased. However, this time, it was even better with the phenomenal. This was my 5th car with this dealership and I am always left extremely impressed leased. However, this time, it was even better with the help of Victor Quintero. He helped us from the beginning of the process and every step of the way. The entire experience from looking at different cars, to negotiating, to coming in and doing all the paperwork was great. It was a seamless transition. I am loving my car thanks to him! Additionally, I love how the dealership is clean, has the best coffee options, and is comfortable to wait in while the process is happening. Victor truly knew how to take care of us. More
