Quick and easy Arrived for oil change service & NYS inspection, and was greeted and signed in by Damian (didn’t get his surname). Chris (last name?) came to the waiting area, reviewed my work order for signature, and went off to ‘get ‘er done’ (my words). After a short wait, he returned to tell me my service was completed and I was ready to go. Made my payment, and upon going to my car found Chris doing some after wash touchup to remove some stubborn road tar or other from the rocker panel area of the car-very quality conscious!! To sum up: very professional service group, from reception at service intake to cashier (thanks Rose!), and very dedicated. More

Phenomenal service I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I planned on getting a loaner car. I asked Damian how long it would take and he said, “ I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I planned on getting a loaner car. I asked Damian how long it would take and he said, “I can have you out of here in no more than an hour”. I couldn’t see taking a loaner car for an hour so I waited. Well, true to his word, the car was ready, yes with a complimentary wash in about 45 minutes. He came and told me I could use a rear wiper, but I declined and ordered one on Amazon. I cannot tell you how kind and polite Damian was. I always have received excellent courteous service at Smithtown Infiniti, but his whole demeanor, body language was just extraordinary! There is definitely something special about him. Nothing phony or condescending. I couldn’t help but overhear conventions with other customers, and he is amazing! So patient, and takes time to explain everything! Thank you Damian, and Smithtown Infiniti! More
