They were able to get me approved on my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 despite a few blemished in my credit past. Thanks Again Guys! More
Dirty Dealer, Don't Buy A Car Here Uses dirty dealer tactics. I had my mechanic go there to do a pre purchase inspection, when he got there they were already selling the car to someone else. I gave them my info to leave a deposit and they refused to take it so they can sell it to someone else. Do not deal with Robert Cooke, he's an awful sales man and does not give a xxxx about you, only making a commission. He totally screwed me. I lost time and money on what should have been a done deal. Very unprofessional dealership. More
Big Mistake! Using this dealer was a mistake. I was interested in a car, and met with Gordon. I was too excited about the car to see some glaring red flags. First, Using this dealer was a mistake. I was interested in a car, and met with Gordon. I was too excited about the car to see some glaring red flags. First, the car was FILTHY. I mean, there were literally FINGERNAIL clippings in the car seat and hair ties on the floor mats. There was very obviously caramel colored cola spilled in the gearshift console which caused it to be sticky. He stated that it was because it had been "sitting on a hill." What sense does that make? While he did pop out the dents to make the exterior more attractive, he failed to clean the interior. I was left to detail it fully myself at my own expense. Did I mention the car didn't have brakes or working shocks either? Brakes were completely worn down so that dust was flying. A headlight was out, and the driver side mudflap was completely disintegrated. Gordon urged me to buy GAP coverage, which cost me an extra $500. When I realized how terrible the car was, I contacted him as soon as I could. Guess what? I didn't hear from him. It actually wasn't until I threatened legal action that anything came to change. I was still stuck with paying for all of the ridiculous, should-have-been unnecessary repairs, and I got my $500 back FOUR months after I requested it. Trust me, if you're looking for a trustworthy dealer, look elsewhere. More
