In my opinion being in the collision repair business. Wholesale Direct was asking a ridiculous amount of money for a twenty year old vehicle. Had a 3pm appointment on Saturday, 9/9. Got there at 3pm after an hour drive and was told someone walked in with no appointment and bought the car 30 min before I got there. Love my new Cadillac! It was an awesome experience with the people that work here, from the test drive to finance. No pressure to buy, gave us a good price. It’s just my opinion. But I wouldn’t buy a car here. I bought a car on July 1 and it needed a motor mount so I had to bring it back in two weeks for them to fix it. And they agreed to fix the bumper because it was loose. By the time my appointment got there to fix the motor mount, the trac and ABS lights on my dash came on. So when I got there I ask them about it. Thinking they would figure out what it was and take care of it beings I had just bought the car from them. On the day I bought the car. They were very nice. Eager to assist me. But the day I brought it in. They fixed the motor mount. It took them three hours. But the guy seemed to have a problem when I said something about the bumper. Like he had a problem with fixing it. And I was told they would check about they lights but they wouldn’t fix it without charging me WHAT? I ask them numerous times the day I bought the car was there anything wrong with this car. Would I have any trouble. Or gave to get anything fixed. Because I had no one to help me or fix it if something went wrong. Because I’ve recently lost my son. And I need a car that I won’t have any problems with. They assured me the car had no problems. Now I understand that’s not 100 percent because you never know for certain. But selling me this car. I’ll just say. Eager beaver. But you know they didn’t fix the lights in the dash thing. They didn’t even tell he what it was. They literally dismissed my whole asking them or being concerned with it. On top of I already have to buy new tires because the tires on the car are very cheap. And the manager guy that was so nice and selling me the car. Seen me the day I came back and didn’t even speak to me!!!!! I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them that’s for sure. More
Average buying experience. Car was wrecked and total in an accident 5 months after purchase. I bought there 3year/36,000 mile warranty for $2,500 thats refundable. I asked for a refund of my warranty before labor day weekend and its july and still aint got my refund back. They wanted me to buy a new car and use the refund money and i didnt want anything they had and keep running me around saying the checks in the mail and when i first started calling about they were very rude saying they werent holding my money and i never even brought that up. Very unprofessional and vindictive if you dont do what they want. Its been 3 months and still no money. Never again would i consider doing business. Ive even been in there 3 times about it. First they said it takes 3 weeks and it goes to the finance company. The insurance paid the car off. Then they said they would roll it over i said if its not your money how can you roll it over. Now for 3 weeks its been in the mail. Never again with this place. Im on disability and saved up 4,000 for a new car to try and go back to work and was a 1,200 short for a very nice vehicle i was given a deal on because of my budget and because they have ran me around lost out. Just a warning to anybody in the future. Even when i had the warranty they wouldnt fix my car because they said they were 3 months booked up and to take it somewhere else and pay the deductible. Dont recommend. More
This place knows whats up! They have the coolest dealership I have ever seen with an amazing amount of inventory. They have something for everyone! I purchased a Nissan and Rogue and they took their time to explain different warranty options to help me get what was best for me. I have since had to use my warranty and the work my vehicle needed done was completely covered. I will reccomend this dealership to anyone! More
