I had a pleasant initial buying experience. Staff was courteous, attentive and professional. Problem was after my purchase. Dealer agreed at the time of the sale to replace tires on vehicle after the sal courteous, attentive and professional. Problem was after my purchase. Dealer agreed at the time of the sale to replace tires on vehicle after the sale and to their credit they followed through. While having the tires replaced, the technician informed me that the rear brake pads were bad and that one of them was wearing uneven and probably "a week or two from being metal on metal". I followed up with Indy Wholesale Direct and it appeared evident from the start that they weren't really looking to address my concerns but rather more trying to counter the technicians claims. After talking for several minutes, they offered to have their mechanic at their service center look at the brakes (The same person who supposedly inspected the vehicle and actually drove it for a period of time after they took it in on trade). Ultimately I decided to just take care of the issue as opposed to going back and forth with them as it was more about the principle than money. Not saying one shouldn't buy from Indy Wholesale Direct, just that you should be cautious with them. More
