We drove to the north side to see a MINI Cooper, the pictures looked great. When we arrived the MINI looked like it needed some work, the windshield was cracked, all 4 wheels were suffering from curb ra pictures looked great. When we arrived the MINI looked like it needed some work, the windshield was cracked, all 4 wheels were suffering from curb rash, there was a bad keying scratch on one side. It looked so bad we didn’t even look inside. A week later we went back to see if the car had been taken care of, this time we drove it and liked it. Gordon was our salesperson. He assured us the wheels and the large scratch would be taken care of if we gave them a few days. About a week later the MINI was done. All had been addressed and the car looked great. Will was our finance person, we signed up for an extended warranty, we weren’t sure we wanted it, so over the weekend we canceled it. They refunded our money within 2 days. WOW, great customer customer service. We also worked with a young man and another older man. I would definitely do business with them again More
