The dealership was almost a 6 hour drive, so Tonya did some preliminary trade-in negotiations over text and email. They also thoroughly checked over the vehicle and replaced the radio and clutch with OEM parts, even after I had already given them a down payment. No change in price. Tonya and Gordon communicated with me regularly during the process and once I got there to pick it up, Jason did a good job onsite. The transaction was quick and easy.
